Lost Dog Story
This interactive children's story is unique. First, as the reader, you imagine you are part of the story. Then, you make choices as the story progresses and that changes the direction of the story.

You are a third grader taking the bus home from school. You get off at your house. You and the other kids are busy talking as you walk and so, at first, you do not notice the cute little Jack Russell terrier dog following you. You have never noticed the dog in the neighborhood before. You tell her, "Stay!" but she keeps following you.
The dog has a collar but no tag, and so you take the dog home. It feels good to have some company with you while you are walking home. You decide that if the dog's owner doesn't care enough to have a dog tag, they must not want her. Your heart really goes out to this poor lost dog. When you get home from school your Mom says, "Where did that dog come from? She is cute, but looks a little mean."
